July 2021

Gregory played in a Summer Dev League at Club Utah. He made lots of baskets, even a three-pointer in the 4th quarter of the Championship game.

Gregory has also started playing tackle football. He got the MVP for today's practice and was awarded with a strawberry-kiwi Gatorade! He has weigh-ins in 5 days and has already lost 6 lbs in 6 days to get ready for this. He has 3 lbs to go and I'm so proud of his determination to do this so that he can weigh less than 135 and be one of the ball handlers!

Gregory also just got his braces in July! So many things going on for him right now!

George had a remarkable Spring season in baseball. Between the two leagues that he participated in he played baseball almost 6 days a week for 5 months and played over 50 games. He was a Rockstar and grew so much this season! I have loved spending my summer days watching and cheering George on! Couldn't be more proud of him. For his state tournament this year, George played mainly Pitcher, Catcher. He was solid and also was their star hitter! Their team ended up with 3rd place, but had beat the 2nd place team but just how the bracket ended up they got third instead of second even though they were the second best team in this tournament. Out of 16 teams they won all but the second to last game which is why they ended up in third after they won their last. Super happy with George and all he has accomplished.

William and Tiber have been best friends this summer. I have had to work more than I wanted because our IT business is literally taking off like a rocket! So they have taken care of each other and spent hours playing. They are so cute!!  The two of them have had a blast this summer playing together and enjoying our new deck, our backyard that has greened up, and jumping on the trampoline. All four boys have liked the backyard this summer as we have not let our dogs run wild back then unattended.

William has been playing soccer, he is on a club soccer team called Shooters and George has been practicing with him a lot and William tried out for RA Baseball.

We are hoping that William and George get on RA Academy Baseball for another year of competition baseball. We find out this week! Hoping for the best!!

July we also went to Splash Summit waterpark. We had the funniest day together. The boys played so well and ran around going down all the slides, swimming in the pools and lazy river, and even playing in the kiddie pools with Tiber. They're so sweet together and love each other. I love how they enjoy being together and when they start to giggle it's music to my ears.

The last thing was that Ethan left on his mission in July. I cried even though I know this is best for him, but I will miss him, my boys will miss him, and when he gets back he will be different and my boys will have grown and matured and things will not be the same. I guess this is life, we are supposed to keep growing and moving on but change is hard sometimes and when it's good you just want to keep it the same. I love you Ethan, sure proud of you and the example you are setting for my boys to Serve the Lord. Best of luck in San Diego, CA speaking Mandarin.
