Labor Day Weekend - Burraston Pond

Labor Day weekend we went fishing and ended up with a great day and  a delicious fish dinner.  I had never fished then ate off of our own hook like this before. Rainbow trout is very yummy. We cooked it with fresh lemon slices and some herbs. It was perfect. William absolutely loved the fish, the older two and Tiberius chose other options for dinner, but they enjoyed the outing of fishing and swimming at Burraston Pond. Stan also went hunting over the weekend with a new client of ours. We might invest in a deep freeze this year and if Stan gets an Elk we would could store fish and elk meat there and have enough for the entire year. I've never tried elk meat before but I was pleasantly surprised with the Rainbow Trout so I'm willing to give it a go!
